Shipping policy
Fantina is made in Mexico and sold only at fantinamexico.com, directly to the person who will use it. Orders inside the United States leave our stock in McAllen, Texas. Orders inside Mexico leave our studio in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Rates
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Shipping is included in the price of each piece and nothing is added at checkout, in either country.
- Pieces ordered together travel in one box.
Dispatch and transit
- United States: dispatched the next business day from McAllen, Texas, by ground with tracking. Transit is two to five business days. Your order travels as a domestic parcel: no duties, no customs fees, no import paperwork.
- Mexico: dispatched the next business day from Guadalajara, Jalisco, by ground with tracking. Transit is three to five business days, with no customs step.
Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel leaves. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
How it is packed
Ceramic travels in a rigid box built for it. The parcel carries no prices and no visible invoice.
If something arrives damaged
We replace the piece. Write to fantina.sale@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and a replacement leaves on the next dispatch.
Quantities per client
Enredadera is a numbered edition of 700 and is limited to two vessels per client. De Todas Las Flores and Oaxaca coffee are limited to ten pieces per client. Fantina sells to individuals only.
