Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
Products and pricing
Our products are made by hand. Each ceramic vessel is cast, fired, painted freehand and fired a second time, and no two pieces are identical. Variation in the painting, in the glaze and in the colour of the honey is inherent to the product and is not a defect. Images on this site are representative of the edition, not of the individual piece you receive.
Products are offered in limited, numbered editions. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Prices are shown in United States dollars for orders shipped within the United States and in Mexican pesos for orders shipped within Mexico. Shipping is included in the price of the product. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Food product information
Honey is a raw agricultural product. Crystallisation is natural in raw honey and is not a defect. Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age. Our products are produced in a facility registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration and carry a compliant United States label. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Third-party links
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
