Trade & Hospitality
For rooms where the details are the argument.
Fantina is raw single-origin Mexican honey in a hexagonal ceramic vessel modelled and painted by hand in Santa Maria Canchesda. We sell direct, and through a small number of hospitality partners chosen one at a time. If you run a bar, a restaurant, a hotel or a managed residence in New York, this is the door.
Where it earns its place
On the table. Raw mesquite and wildflower honey, never pasteurized, for the cheese course, dessert, breakfast and bread service. One bloom, one territory, and a flavour most guests have never tasted.
Behind the bar. Restrained sweetness with real character, for syrups, sours and stirred drinks that need a sweetener with an origin a bartender can actually tell.
In the room. The vessel is hexagonal, airtight and painted freehand, and it outlives its contents. Welcome amenities, turndown, suites and long-stay residences, where the object stays on the counter long after the honey is gone.
As the gift. Numbered pieces for VIP guests, press, openings and end of year. Handwritten card, no prices inside the box, and it can ship straight to the recipient.
How it works
Trade pricing and case quantities on request. Trade and corporate orders start at 10 pieces, with personalization available. Everything ships insured from our warehouse in McAllen, Texas, in rigid boxes built for ceramic, dispatched the next business day. Fantina is FDA registered and every piece carries a compliant US label.
We do not sell wide. Each edition is finite: when the mould is retired the piece is not made again. That is what keeps it worth putting on your table.
