Fantina LLC collects only what is needed to send you a parcel and to keep this store running.

What we collect

Name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number when you provide it, and the details of what you ordered. Payment card data is handled by Shopify Payments and its processors; we never see or store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud and, if you have asked for it, to send occasional letters about new editions.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store; the payment processors; and the carriers who deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your rights

Residents of California and of other United States jurisdictions with equivalent laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell personal information. Write to hola@fantinamexico.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
